This week's show comes live (or when you listen to it!) from Highgate where Shaun recorded a series of interviews from one of the biggest festivals of running in Europe, the Night of the 10000m Pbs. It's a night of 10k running on the track, with 9 races culminating in Men's and Women's European Cup races, packed with the top running talent from across Europe.
We interview a host of people from the event- from volunteers to top competitors. We try and bring you a sense of the atmosphere
