Run Clubs

Outdoor aerobic exercise during the working day can reduce stress, improve productivity and creativity and boost mood and team cohesion.

We get teams outside, exercising together. It’s efficient, structured and inclusive. The programme includes;

  • Coach led running fitness sessions, structured to ensure everyone can join in and no one gets left behind.

  • Weekly communication, covering a range of health and wellbeing tips from The Sunday Times Running Columnist, Shaun Dixon.

  • Monthly health and wellbeing Q & A

  • Safe aerobic training plans accessed via an app.

Challenges or Workshops

We provide one-off workshops on a host of wellbeing / running topics including ‘Starting Running Safely’ to ‘Fuelling Mind and Body: Nutrition and Running’. Workshops involves a practical element with a group run or targeted session.

We can also create and manage a short term running challenge to inspire teams. These include ideas like virtual relays, run commute / carbon reduction challenge, or ‘run your first or finest 5k’. These can be designed to fit in with other CSR / wellbeing events or priorities.

Event Support

We work with Charities and Teams to provide support around event such as the London Marathon. We will ensure your team arrives at the event in the best mental and physical shape. We do this through;

  • Workshops in-person and online - looking at a wide area of topics, from good running technique to mentally preparing for the big day)

  • Tailored training plans delivered via interactive app

  • Hosted Q and A sessions

  • Supportive Social Groups with Coach feedback

  • Content Creation for us on social media or in creation of ‘how to’ guides (written and video on a host of topics
